Taylor Thompson

Dr. Thompson grew up on the southside of the Indianapolis area. She graduated from Franklin College in 2015 as a Lilly Endowment Community Scholarship recipient and earned her Doctorate of Veterinary Medicine from Purdue University College of Veterinary Medicine in 2019.

After a couple years in general practice, Dr. Thompson discovered a passion for emergency medicine and joined IndyVet as a full-time emergency veterinarian, where she enjoys the complexity and fast pace of emergency and critical care.

Outside of veterinary medicine, Dr. Thompson enjoys spending time with her family and her three dogs—Roxie, Bamboozle, and GoGo Boots. She also loves traveling to visit friends around the world and spending time on the water kayaking, rafting, skiing, snorkeling, and enjoying just about any water sport imaginable!
