Lorin Hillman

Dr. Hillman grew up in Memphis, TN and knew from a young age that she wanted to become a veterinarian. She graduated from the Auburn University College of Veterinary Medicine in 2003, and completed a one year rotating internship at Kansas State University in 2004. She completed a three year medical oncology residency at the University of Illinois in 2007 and she is board certified by the American College of Veterinary Internal Medicine in the specialty of oncology. She practiced at a referral hospital in Memphis for 14 years before making the move to Indiana in 2021.

Dr. Hillman has extensive training in all areas of cancer treatment and she has a special interest in feline oncology and palliative care. The most important aspect of cancer treatment is maintaining a good quality of life and the oncology team at IndyVet works together to help clients and pets through all phases of cancer treatment.

In her free time, Dr. Hillman enjoys spending time with her family, traveling, reading, and supporting the Auburn Tigers, War Eagle!
