Alyssa Bryce

Dr. Bryce brings a thoughtful, compassionate approach to caring for pets with complex medical conditions. Originally from the U.S. island territory of Guam in the South Pacific, she earned her bachelor’s degree in Biology from the University of Guam before pursuing her Doctor of Veterinary Medicine degree at Western University of Health Sciences in Southern California.

After veterinary school, Dr. Bryce completed a rigorous rotating internship at Southern California Veterinary Specialty Hospital in Irvine, followed by a three-year residency in Internal Medicine at Angell Animal Medical Center in Boston. As a board-certified veterinary internal medicine specialist, she is dedicated to helping pets live healthier, more comfortable lives through advanced diagnostics and personalized treatment plans.

Dr. Bryce enjoys all aspects of Internal Medicine, with particular interests in liver disease, immune-mediated disorders, infectious diseases, and endocrinology. She is especially passionate about managing chronic and complex illnesses while strengthening the bond between pets and their families. Her goal is to help both pets and owners feel supported every step of the way, with a focus on improving long-term quality of life.

Outside of work, Dr. Bryce loves spending time with her husband, children, and three dogs. She also enjoys reading, music, concerts, and cheering on her favorite sports teams.
