IndyVet Is Proud to Welcome Julie Trzil, DVM, MS
We are proud to announce that Julie Trzil, DVM, MS, will be joining Tracey Gillespie, DVM, DACVIM-SA in the internal medicine department at IndyVet.
Julie graduated from the University of Tennessee College of Veterinary Medicine in 2009 and did a rotating internship at Texas A&M University prior to participating in an Internal Medicine internship at MedVet Memphis. She completed her residency in Internal Medicine at the University of Missouri and passed her ACVIM certification exam in June 2014.
Julie has been married to her husband Ben for 4 years, and has a cat named Nikki who enjoys wearing sweaters! Julie also enjoys bowling and painting when she is not engaged in managing complex small animal gastrointestinal or respiratory diseases which she has a particular interest in.
Julie recently received the prestigious Redhage Award which is presented to residents for excellence in strong client/patient relationships with excellence in medicine. This award shows how Julie will naturally settle in to the "Where Care Comes First" culture at IndyVet!
Dr. Trzil is excited to join the internal medicine team and will begin seeing patients the end of August. Welcome Dr. Trzil!
